It is with similar thoughts and commitment that the Noshan Group was formed and will continue to grow. We are true to our values and offer to others the same if they will commit. We are proud of our history and have included the most important sections of our business plan so you can see our commitments.

The Founders
The founders of the Company are Mike and Natasha Manley.
With 10 years of dreaming and 3 cardboard boxes full of innovative and exciting idea's Mike and Natasha attended a QEW Workshop in 1998. With the skills obtained since that date, appropriate company structures and procedures have been developed prior to operation starting.
The business commenced operations in December 2000 after over 2 years of planning, which has developed a totally new exciting business concept, which we are proud to say is The Noshan Group.

The Board
The Noshan Group Pty Ltd. is a company of which there are 2 shareholders, Natasha and Michael Manley. Holding the position on the Board of the Noshan Group is Director, and nominated Secretary Natasha Manley and Mike Manley as Chairman and Director. Discussions are proceeding and the first Non Executive Director will be appointed to the Board prior to end of 2001 with another planned for March 2002.

Mission Statement

Organisational Objectives

  • To have completed development of 3 idea's ready for successful business trading by the end of 2001, 10 by 2002, 30 by 2003 and 50 by 2005.

  • To have 1 Company trading with a Noshan developed idea by the end of 2001, 5 by 2002, 20 by 2003, 35 by 2005.

  • To have structured all companies so as they can trade at a profit within 2 years of their launch.

  • To have serviced 1 established Company by the end 2002 and assisted them to diversify their Company into newly developed markets, 5 by 2003, 15 by 2005.

  • To have at a minimum 1 Company developed by Noshan listed on the Stock exchange by the end of 2005. Better can be achieved.
