It has been said that to have an "A grade" idea with a "B grade" team is a far greater risk for failure than to have a "B grade" idea with a "A grade" team. The Noshan Group is proud to say it has both "A grade" idea's and development teams. With the experience and skills of Project Management, the strength of the team is highlighted and with this forms the expertise for how we do business.

People often ask us what experience we have in Industries like Childcare or Aquaculture, we can only answer NONE. We have learnt that this is not a weakness to the team as we have found that without preconceived beliefs about constraints or industry standards ie. " This is how we have alway's done it" it has been the greatest asset for developing new exciting innovative idea's. With Project Management skills being applied and Strategic Alliances with Innovative Business Specialists we develop the ideas and concepts successfully.

During the Business planning process, strengths required are identified whether they are experienced individuals from the industry or from marketing, accounting, etc. The required team members are chosen on their strengths and the final team formed. In most cases this team owns the Start up company and will be rewarded by success for their contributions.
