What does this mean? In essence it means we are "Extreme Entrepreneurs". We are not happy with the challenges of taking one idea and starting a business. We are a Think Tank always looking for problems in the market and what solutions could be applied. We also look at what makes certain industries successful if their procedures, products and methods of business could be applied into another industry. Brainstorming is a daily event and after the bagging's ("Tell him he's dreamin") are completed and every negative and risk are bantered, the idea or concept moves on to the next stage or gets filed to fight another day. Stage 2 - Will it work? Do people need it? Why will people use it? And how much will it cost? The list of questions could just keep going. When we start answering some of these questions this is when the true value of the idea is known. After the completion of the initial feasibility studies and the idea passes the tax return test "Lets answer 100 questions" its on to the next stage. Stage 3. - Risk reduction mode for a "Start Up" company, developing an effective business plan and building the right team. The idea, which is to now become a business, goes through all the development processes of marketing, production, organisational and financial strategies. At this stage the branding, trademarking and intellectual property are assigned and protected. Once the business planning process is completed, the plan is assessed for viability and accuracy. The true value is recognised The final stage- This package is then sold to an interested party.
How this process evolves changes for business to business depending on
who is the right team to manage the business and the commitment level
required. In most cases the people who run it are the people who own it.
We are not in the business of running these identities, we create them.
This is what we do. |
